Gillian Gans

Gillian Gans is a Case Manager at Stipp Law Firm. She will receive her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University San Marcos in December of 2024. She is on the path to receiving her paralegal certificate in February. Gillian brings strong organizational skills to the role and specializes in ensuring seamless communication between clients and attorneys. She is committed to providing exceptional client service and effectively managing case workflows to drive successful outcomes.

Gillian brings experience from employment law when she worked for a law office that represented plaintiff employees against current and former employers. This experience is what sparked her interest in pursuing a career in law. Gillian plans to follow the path to becoming a plaintiff’s attorney, driven by her commitment to helping people win their cases. She is passionate about helping advocate for others and is committed to achieving justice for our clients.

In her free time, Gillian has spent hundreds of hours volunteering with various philanthropies across San Diego including Feeding San Diego, Surfrider Foundation, Autism Tree, Meals on Wheels, MHS Family Recovery Center, Ronald McDonald House, Celebration of Champions, and many others. Through her past involvement in these organizations, Gillian has shown that her commitment to service extends beyond her legal practice. Gillian also enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, and creating art.
