Our client was run over by his own SUV in his driveway, causing him severe back injuries. While at the hospital, he sustained a severe pressure ulcer to his buttocks due to hospital neglect. The hospital fought the case vigorously and argued that our client was partly at fault for refusing to turn and reposition. Right before trial we were able to settle the case, ending a long and hard fought battle.
